- Established in 1963 under the title of Aroma Pharmaceutical by 5 incorporators, the company's opening activities were mainly on galenic pharmaceutics like Oxygen Water and tinctureof iodine.
- In 1983, the company was acquired by its present owner and Executive manager, Necdet Nuri KUMRULU, the pharmacist.
- Licensing proceedings of the products included in the company’s product range has been concluded in the course that lasted until 1990’s, which mainly concentrated on the human pharmaceutics.
- In addition to the human pharmaceutics, the production of teh sun oil and cream under Negrita trademark enabled the achievement of considerable volume of production.
- In the course of its growth, Aroma Pharmaceutical has accomplished a considerable step when it moved its production premises to its present location in Catalca, Istanbul, from Bayrampasa, Istanbul.
- The premises were consisted of 2.000 square meters enclosed area, accommodating all production activities.
- Again, another important step was taken in the corporate history by acquisition of Polifarma Pharmaceutical.
- In 1995, the first results have been obtained in the production of Parenteral Solution (serum).
- Following the licensing proceedings, Polifarma Pharmaceutical initiated the production of serum in glass bottles and made its first step in the investment of the relevant plant as 4th Serum Production Premises.
- Polifarma has accomplished its first serum production in its premises at Bagcılar, Istanbul, which lasted until end of 1997.
- In the course of time, the premises at Catalca, Istanbul have been expanded with relevant revamp projects and it was turned out to be the production premises with an enclosed area of 10.000 square meters complete with its production and storage floors.
- Combining with the level achieved in the production of pharmaceutics by Aroma with the great step with Poliforma, the company began to conduct its production activities solely in new production premisesupon revising thereof.
- License proceedings conducted in coordination with the progress of the company, combined with the production activities for Glass Bottle Serum have yielded Polifleks brand name at the beginning of 2002.
- PVC Pouch Serum production initiated by 2002 has completely been marketed under Polifleks trademark. The title of Polifarma Pharmaceutical being the youngest Serum Plant established by 100% Turkish capital as of end of 2005, has been accentuated with its diligent performance with introducing wide range of products on behalf of Medical Faculties, Public Hospitals, Private Hospitals, Dialysis Centers and Clinics.
- The works on ISO 9001:2000 Quality Certificate have been initiated and concluded successfully.
